Doug Walker has been providing corporate finance and advisory services through Capital West Ventures since 1992. Prior to that he worked for Peat Marwick Thorne and Deloitte & Touche in the Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory Groups. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984 with a B.Comm in accounting. Mr. Walker is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has his ICD.D designation. Mr. Walker currently sits on the board of several publicly listed companies in Canada.
