The advanced service is intended for individuals and/or corporation that have  satisfied their initial queries and are now ready to proceed with an introduction into the capital markets.  The advanced service consists of one on one consultation to determine the best approach based on the individual needs of the corporation.  

These needs will be identified through a detailed checklist allowing the corporation  to satisfy all considerations of a public listing. Once the detailed checklist is  complete, this service allows the corporation to proceed with the selection of legal  and auditor, corporate structuring, pre filing meetings with an Exchange, preliminary prospectus, broker and transfer agent selection and all necessary filings with the appropriate security exchange commissions.  In addition to this, the package also allows the corporation access to business valuation firms and investor relation companies.
